Program Consultants Lytmos program consultants assist the leaders of our clients' programs with high-level tasks such as choosing strategies, developing program policies, and improving business processes. Example joint activities include drafting new requests for proposals, creating processes to avoid or manage conflicts-of-interest when making funding decisions, choosing program performance metrics, and developing new advisory council member orientation. Project Managers For every client project, there is a Lytmos project manager who formalizes and maintains a master plan: a schedule of critical tasks, a set of milestones, a collection of resources, and a budget. Whether the task is compiling a list of qualified reviewers, planning an advisory council meeting, or developing an annual report, our project managers ensure that we consistently meet our clients' schedules—on time, and on budget. Scientific Review Officers Subject matter experts in their own rights, Lytmos scientific review officers lead technical evaluations of complex applications and grant progress reporting. Among their activities are matching reviewers to review tasks based on expertise, evaluating reviewer performance, and facilitating in-person review panel meetings. They also often serve as technical liaisons with grant project leaders, adding another source of mentoring to help grantees achieve their project objectives. Peer Review Specialists These people are adept at building and maintaining good relationships with our network of reviewers. They prepare for and coordinate peer review processes, both online and in-person, with evaluation reports as their final product. Peer review specialists "own" our peer review processes and tools, and drive internal process improvements to enhance report quality and the efficiency of the reviewer experience. Grant Specialists Lytmos grant specialists are skilled in building and maintaining productive working relationships with grantees. They develop and apply tools and techniques for ensuring financial accountability and compliance with award terms and conditions while avoiding overly burdensome processes. Writers and Editors Whether it's writing articles for our customers' web sites, developing annual reports, customizing grant manuals, or editing evaluation reports and meeting minutes, Lytmos writers and editors are dedicated to helping our clients communicate their messages clearly and professionally. Technology Team Made up of software developers, web designers, and reporting specialists, the Lytmos technology team delivers technology-based infrastructure solutions.
