"It has been a great pleasure being a reviewer for Lytmos for the last few years. I have found that project mangers/officers in Lytmos are brilliant, hard-working, highly efficient, and friendly, that the online review system is well constructed, easy to follow, and user-friendly, and that each of the peer review procedures is well-organized and professionally executed. I have been a reviewer for many governmental agencies (NIH, CDC, FDA, DOD) and foundations (Cancer Research UK, etc.) and more than 50 scientific journals and have found that the Lytmos system is one of the best, if not the best, one to work with."
Ruiwen Zhang, MD, PhD, DABT, Professor, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacology and Toxicology; Director, Cancer Pharmacology Laboratory, University of Alabama at Birmingham.
"I've enjoyed being a reviewer for Lytmos. Their web-based system allows me to work at home or on the road. I usually don't write the review all at once. Being able to come back to it after I've thought about it or done some extra searching on the web lets me produce a better quality review."
Dr. Robert B. Rowen, PhD, Piquero Insights, Inc., Management Consulting Services
"I have been a reviewer with Lytmos for several years, and the process has been very simple from my point of view. All interactions are through their website, from my acceptance of the assignment to the review of a specific proposal through submitting the reviews. The review consists of answering a series of questions relating to the merits of the proposal. Once all of the reviews are completed, the website gives access to other reviewer's comments and the final decision for funding. I review for NIH as well and this process is much more convenient from my perspective because I never have to travel."
Dr. Marcie Glicksman, Director of Research Development at Descartes Therapeutics
"Working with Lytmos is easy. Lytmos is low pressure in that you can always decline a review invitation when you are overbooked, they are always available by phone or email to answer questions, and their web-based reviewing tool is well-structured and intuitive to use. The reviewing process involves reading and studying the reviews (about 15 to 20 minutes) and then answering the very specific questions that are presented in their web-based reviewing tool (about 30 to 45 minutes)."
Dr. Mike Rowe, Assistant Professor of Software Engineering and Computer Science at University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Consultant for Avista, Inc. and the Department of Homeland Security
"I have found the GrantEase review process of Lytmos very intuitive to use. You actually can't do anything wrong. The process is obvious. I usually do a review, save it and then go back to it the next day to reread and make modifications. This is easy to do with GranEase, in fact it is made to do exactly that. Then a few days later, I go and look at the complete review to see what others thought. This is also a learning process and valuable in future reviews. GrantEase makes it easy to always say "yes" to requests from Lytmos."
Jean C. Bonney, Retired Program Director, National Science Foundation and Program Officer for the NSF Information Technology Initiative
"Reviewers for Lytmos experience an opportunity not to be missed for anyone that desires to "give back" to the technical community. I find that the proposal evaluation process exposes me to new technologies, interesting business plans, and a unique way to hone my analytical skills. In addition, I am assured that the review process has a high degree of integrity that protects the position of both the applicant and the reviewer."
Thomas Leedy, Consultant with Leedy Associates; CTO, Liberty Imaging, Inc.; and Former Program Manager of NIST's Advanced Technology Program
"Lytmos is easy to work with: internet access provides a convenient means to download materials to work at the comfort of home. The staff at Lytmos has been remarkably professional and a genuine pleasure to work with. After Lytmos initially identified and retained key skilled peer reviewers, recruiting additional peer reviewers has been through a process of referrals. The ability to retain these skilled peer reviewers is a testament to the company's ability to keep their reviewers happy.
In addition, Lytmos has provided a quality service for the peer review process. In most cases, they have identified skilled peer reviewers who take the time to thoroughly review the materials provided, and the quality of the peer review has been outstanding. I have nothing but the highest regards for the people, the process, and the professionalism exhibited by the Lytmos experience."
Dr. Shelley Winn, Associate Professor of Research, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and in the Division of Biomaterials and Biomechanics, Department of Restorative Dentistry at Oregon Health & Science University
"Thanks to you and your team! You have made this the most organized, straightforward review process I've ever been involved in!"

"It is my pleasure to work in this review team. Thank you for this opportunity."
Steve Qin, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Biostatistics, University of Michigan
