5/1/2008 - Solix Inc. Completes Acquisition of Lytmos Group, LLC |

Solix Inc. today announced that it completed its acquisition of Lytmos Group, LLC (Lytmos) as of the close of business on April 30, 2008. Lytmos provides peer review, grants management, and consulting support to government and private sector organizations that sponsor competitive high technology research and development.
Solix is the first choice of government for outsourcing complex processes required to administer public programs. The company provides expertise in determining program eligibility, collecting and distributing funds, tracking and monitoring the use of funds, developing and maintaining registries and databases, process design and management, and auditing. The combination creates another way for Solix to continue “assisting government in delivering its promise” by expanding Solix’ reach in the area of managing government grant programs.

Lytmos Group, LLC will now be known as Lytmos Group, Inc. and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solix Inc. Lytmos will continue to operate from offices in Lee’s Summit, Missouri
